Terms of Service | Window Peeper AI

Video generation and credit purchases may be paused for maintenance or checks; the generator page shows the current status. The guide, prompt and source archive remain available without payment.

The Service

This service generates the fixed AI video effect described on the homepage. Input requirements, output duration, resolution, audio and prices are displayed before purchase. AI likeness, movement and timing may vary; examples do not guarantee an identical result.

Permitted Inputs

Only upload photos of consenting adults that you have permission to use. Do not submit images of minors, celebrity portraits, sexual or violent material, or use the service for deceptive impersonation, harassment or fraud. Requests may be rejected by automated moderation.

You authorize the processing needed to create, store and deliver the requested result. You retain any rights you have in your input photos.

Video Allowances and Payment

The pricing section shows the current one-time credit packs and currency. Purchases are not subscriptions. Purchased credits do not expire. The Wan 3.0 workflow uses 10 credits at 480p and 20 at 720p from the same balance, including full-body preparation and fixed-audio finishing. The server fixes the selected specification before starting the task. Confirmed technical failures return the credits originally used once.

A confirmed failed generation returns the credits used once. This is not a cash refund of the purchase. A request whose provider submission or result cannot be confirmed may remain under review; it is not automatically submitted again. Support can check the task and compensate the allowance. Contact support with the order reference for payment questions or cash-refund requests.

Results and Storage

Completed videos can be played and downloaded from your account and have no automatic expiry. You can delete a result or close your account. Input and preview retention are stated in the interface and Privacy Policy. Service outages may temporarily prevent access; keep a downloaded copy of files you need.

Optional Previews, Sharing and Gallery

When enabled, free image previews require login and verification and are subject to a daily account limit and site budget. Created requests count even if processing fails. They do not consume video allowances or guarantee the paid video's result.

Results are private by default. If public links are enabled, you can choose to share a result and revoke the link later. Public gallery submission requires separate consent and approval. Deletion or revocation cannot recall downloaded or cached copies.

Audio and Other Rights

Audio depends on the selected product specification. This service does not transfer music, character, brand or other third-party rights or guarantee platform acceptance. This independent service has no affiliation with any platform, brand, performer or template creator. The intended output is silent; no original music license is included. Check that you have the necessary rights for your intended use.

Support

For generation, billing, privacy or rights questions, email support@windowpeeperai.pro. Include the relevant order or task identifier, without sending payment credentials. Changes to these terms are reflected in the date above.
