Credits, failures and refunds
Choose quality, then spend credits
Choose your quality before generating. Wan 3.0 deducts 10 credits at 480p or 20 at 720p for the complete workflow. Buying credits never starts generation.
No subscription or credit expiry
Purchased credits do not expire. Saved paid videos have no automatic expiry; deletion, account closure and service outages still apply. Keep a downloaded copy.
Confirmed technical failure
A confirmed technical failure returns the credits used once. An uncertain supplier submission stays under review without automatic resubmission. Contact support using the task ID.
Generated but visually disappointing
A completed AI clip can change facial details, hands, clothing or curtain movement. A quality concern is reviewed separately; it is not automatically classified as a technical failure.
Cash refunds are separate
Returning generation credits is not a cash refund. Contact support with the purchase reference for billing errors or unused-credit refund requests. Eligibility follows applicable law and payment-provider rules.
